Ever since the Mercury Cougar first made its appearance in 1966, the european-styled car has been used by artists as inspirations for souped-up versions of this awesome car. This trend may have been started by Ed Roth and his Rat Fink series of vehicles. Other artists quickly followed.
Today, artists are still creating images that are for sale.
So, check out these cool images and buy them if you can. They would look great in your shop or garage.

In 1969, Odd Rods was born.
In the 1960s, Odd Rods had a vision. A wild and zany vision of big-headed cartoon monsters in muscle cars. When trading card company Donruss saw their designs, it was clear they were on to something. Odd Rods was ready to roll.
Odd Rods released their first set of 44 muscle car monster stickers in 1969, and they were an overnight success. Odd Rods stickers were sold in bubble gum packs, and kids slapped them everywhere. From books to bedroom doors, these stickers could be found on anything and everything. Over the next few years, Odd Rods released more than 100 new characters, further fueling the craze. Since then, collectors have been trading, buying, and selling these original Odd Rods stickers and trading cards
NOTE: There aren’t any Cougar items for sale on the Odd Rods website. But, the orginal cards are for sale out there on the internet. Happy Hunting!
